Tell a Story, Spread an Idea




When it comes to spreading an innovative practice, it helps to be able to tell a good story. This interview with Sandford Borins, a Professor of Management at the University of Toronto, shows how storytelling plays a key role in spreading public sector innovations, and provides suggestions for crafting a good story to diffuse an idea.
