Executing on a Good Idea




The use of 311 systems by municipalities to intelligently respond to citizen inquiries is no longer cutting edge, but neither is its use universal. A column by John Kamensky and Jonathan Bruel looks at lessons learned in applying this approach so that more cities can benefit from this technology.
