Sara Kerr is the vice president of education policy implementation for Results for America and coordinates its State Education Fellows program. Previously, she served as a senior adviser at Education Northwest, as a senior engagement manager with the U.S. Education Delivery Institute and as the chief performance officer with the Delaware Department of Education.
A former special education teacher in the Montgomery County, Md., schools, Kerr holds a master's degree in public policy from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor's degree from Franklin and Marshall College.
