Anesa "Nes" Diaz-Uda is a GovLab fellow and senior consultant in the federal strategy and operations practice of Deloitte Consulting LLP, where she has supported clients in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and intelligence community.

She graduated cum laude from Vassar College with a B.A. in political science and economics and earned a master's degree in public administration from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
