Kendra L. Smith is a post-doctoral scholar in Arizona State University's College of Public Service and Community Solutions, where she completed her Ph.D. At the college, she will be advancing her research on designing community partnerships and playing an active role in leading research projects in the areas of policy informatics, community partnerships, innovation and strategic management of public agencies.
Smith, who also holds an appointment in ASU's Center for Urban Innovation, has co-authored several reports, including the Smart Cities Financing Guide for the Smart Cities Council and Local Government 2035: Strategic Trends and Implications of New Technologies for the Brookings Institution.
