James Guszcza is Deloitte Consulting's U.S. chief data scientist and a member of Deloitte's Advanced Analytics and Modeling practice. He has extensive experience applying predictive-analytics techniques in a variety of public- and private-sector domains and has spearheaded Deloitte's use of behavioral nudge tactics.
Guszcza, a former professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison business school, holds a Ph.D. in the philosophy of science from the University of Chicago.
