Gregory Franklin is the founder and CEO of Franklin Health Solutions, a Sacramento, Calif.-based consulting firm.
During his public-service career, Franklin served in a number of positions related to health-care management, including terms as assistant secretary of health information technology at the California Technology Agency, deputy director of health-care operations for the California Department of Health Care Services and assistant executive officer at the California Public Employees Retirement System, where he directed the purchase of health coverage for 1.3 million members.
A former military health administrator, he is a retired U.S. Air Force Reserves senior officer.
