Erin Latham is the president and founder of Austin, Texas-based Mo'Mix Solutions, which provides software and technology services to government and education. She has served for more than 15 years as an adviser to state and local governments and higher-education organizations.
A corporate member of the Alliance for Innovation and graduate of Texas Tech University, she has written frequently on technology issues in government.
