Anesa "Nes" Parker is a manager and former GovLab innovation fellow at Deloitte Consulting LLP. She is a co-author of "The Craft of Incentive Prize Design: Lessons from the Public Sector." Her other recent studies explore everything from fighting labor abuse in supply chains to the power of geospatial analytics in government to diversity of thought and effective teams. She holds a master's degree in management and gender policy from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
